The use of the website (hereinafter the “Site”) is governed by these terms and conditions of use (“General Conditions of Use” or “Conditions of Use”).

REA MO-381389 and registration in the Register of Artisan Companies of Modena MO-139005, fully paid-up share capital of Euro 100,000 (hereinafter, “B&P”).

Access to the Site and use of the same by the user implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of use of the Site. Users are therefore invited to read these Conditions of Use carefully before continuing with the access or use of the Site.

Please note that B&P reserves the right to change the Terms of Use from time to time. Any new Conditions of Use will be effective from the date of their publication on the Site.
