Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

WITHDRAWAL
To guarantee a high level of service, Bergianti & Pagliani Srl provides for the withdrawal of the contract and the reimbursement of the amount paid following the fulfillment of the conditions listed below.
The intention to withdraw must be communicated within 14 days of receiving the order by e-mail to customercare@lfdl.it .
Bergianti & Pagliani Srl will only accept unused products and reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use or is damaged. Furthermore, it will not accept products that have been modified in any way or incomplete items (in the assortment in the bag).
The Customer must return all items purchased for a full refund.
Any items returned incomplete will be charged at full market value.
Any shipment that does not comply with the previous conditions will be returned to the sender without issuing any refund.
The refund will be made within 14 working days of our receipt of the item with the same payment method used at the time of purchase if possible. (Credit card on website).
Otherwise, the Customer must communicate in the Withdrawal Form the bank details on which he wishes to receive the refund.
The return of the item is valid only for the first item of each type made. Returns of items subsequent to those already purchased previously are not accepted, unless they present obvious manufacturing defects, measurements different from the first item made, characteristics different from those foreseen in the order or production defects that highlight differences with respect to common standards. tailoring (buttons not at a distance, non-compliant buttonholes, incorrect cuts, etc.).
Product measurements may be subject to a tolerance of +/-3% as they are handcrafted and made one at a time.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer.
WITHDRAWAL OF CUSTOMIZED OR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated Contract, without any penalty and without the obligation to specify the reason, within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation. The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned deadline by expressing his/her desire to withdraw from the contract via email to customercare@lfdl.it . Once the production process of the customized and personalized product has begun, it will no longer be possible to stop the process .
For tailor-made and completely personalized orders, art. applies. 59 letter c) of the Consumer Code (“Exceptions to the right of withdrawal”) in derogation of articles 52 to 58 of the same Code.
To guarantee a high level of service, Bergianti & Pagliani Srl provides for the withdrawal of the contract if the packaged item presents: structural imperfections, size problems, impossibility of modifications. Bergianti & Pagliani Srl provides for the reimbursement of the amount paid following the fulfillment of the conditions listed in the Returns and Refunds section.
Only unused and damaged items will be accepted. Bergianti & Pagliani Srl reserves the right to refuse to refund if the item shows obvious signs of use or damage. Items that have been modified in any way will not be accepted.
To obtain a refund you must proceed as follows:
1.Download the withdrawal form , fill it in and send it by e-mail to customercare@lfdl.it or by registered mail to the address below, attaching 3 photos of the product (seen from the front, side, back) so that the defect is visible.
2.The complaint is reviewed and approved by B&P employees, who will communicate the return authorization to the customer.
3.The item to be returned must be boxed in the original packaging and sent at your own expense, together with the return authorization, with a traceable shipping method to the address:

4.Within 14 working days of receiving the product, the amount will be credited back with the same payment method used at the time of purchase if possible (Credit Card on the website). Otherwise, the customer must communicate in the Withdrawal Form the bank details on which he wishes to receive the refund.
Any shipment that does not comply with the previous conditions will be returned to the sender without issuing any refund.
We also remind you that the object must be returned intact (i.e. unused and complete with all original packaging and accessories) together with the Withdrawal Form and the return authorization or any written communication approving the return from B&P.
The customer must return all items purchased for a full refund. Any retained items will be charged at full market value.

The item to be returned must be boxed in the original packaging and sent at your own expense, together with the withdrawal form and the return authorization with traceable shipping method.
We ask you to include your order number and the date of receipt of your order confirmation in your package.
